PGC’s Chairman, Dr. Ching Chih Chen, is also Group Chairman of Wan Hai Lines, a shipping dynasty established in Taiwan in 1965. Dr. Chen donated funds to build around 2600 houses on 300 hectares of former swamp land near Ho Chi Minh City and established the Chen-Young Foundation in 2000 which has supported numerous charitable works around the world.
